Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Overview
This policy explains the conditions for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of services.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted if the service cannot be delivered due to company cancellation or technical issues.
Refund Process and Timeline
Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Non-Refundable Services or Deposits
Completed services or sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
Cancellation by the Client
Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for rescheduling.
Cancellation by the Company
If the company cancels a session, clients may choose to reschedule or request a refund.
Exchange or Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours prior notice.
Late or No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in loss of the session without refund.
Force Majeure Situations
In the case of unforeseen events, sessions may be rescheduled without penalty.
