These digital products are designed to support personal growth, emotional healing, and psychological wellbeing. Current products include, but are not limited to, workbooks on topics such as narcissistic relationship recovery, marital crisis, and identity rebuilding after relationship breakdown. Important Notice – Not a Substitute for Professional Therapy: All digital products offered by Razan Mindshift are intended for educational and self-help purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional psychological therapy, psychiatric treatment, medical advice, or any licensed clinical service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require professional support, please consult a licensed mental health professional. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions and content are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that outcomes or results described will apply to every individual, as personal experiences and responses to self-help material vary widely. 3 – ORDERS AND PURCHASE PROCESS.

4 – PRICES AND BILLING.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed are inclusive of any applicable charges unless stated separately at checkout. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and other supported payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway provider, MontyPay. All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Razan Mindshift does not store, collect, or have access to your full card details; all payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and payment information for all transactions. You represent and warrant that: (i) all payment information provided is true and accurate; (ii) you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method; (iii) all charges will be honored by your payment provider; and (iv) you agree to pay all amounts due as stated at the time of purchase. From time to time, promotional discounts or special offers may be available. Such promotions are subject to their own terms and availability, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Cardholders are advised to retain a copy of their transaction records and order confirmation for their own reference.

5 – REFUND, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY.

5.1 – No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital product delivery, all sales of digital products on razanmindshift.com are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once a digital product has been purchased and delivered or made accessible. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (i) you are purchasing a digital product that is delivered electronically and is accessible immediately upon payment; (ii) due to the nature of digital goods, it is not possible to “return” a product once it has been accessed or downloaded; (iii) you waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or reversal of payment after the product has been delivered or made accessible to you. We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase to ensure the product meets your needs and expectations.

5.2 – Cancellation Policy
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and the product has been delivered or access has been granted. If you believe there has been a technical error with your order — for example, you did not receive access to your purchased product — please contact us within 48 hours at razanmindshift@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

5.3 – Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges on digital products. Each digital workbook is a distinct product, and purchases cannot be transferred or exchanged for a different product.

5.4 – Exceptions
The only circumstance under which we may consider a resolution is in the event of a confirmed technical failure on our part that prevents you from accessing the product you purchased despite successful payment. In such cases, please contact us at razanmindshift@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order details, and we will resolve the access issue. This does not constitute a refund policy and is limited to resolving genuine technical delivery failures.

6 – DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY.

Upon successful payment, your digital product will be delivered electronically. Delivery is typically completed immediately upon order confirmation, either via a download link sent to your registered email address or through access provided directly on the website. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address at the time of purchase. Razan Mindshift shall not be held responsible for non-delivery of products resulting from incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, spam filters, or other issues on the recipient’s end. If you have not received your product within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us at razanmindshift@gmail.com. Digital products are for personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any purchased digital product. Each purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license to access and use the product for your own personal purposes only.

Lebanon shall be considered the country of domicile for Razan Mindshift. You and Razan Mindshift agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lebanon for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services.
