All products sold through razanmindshift.com are digital products (e.g., PDF workbooks). Upon successful completion of payment, your digital product will be delivered electronically to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate or within a few minutes of order confirmation.

2. Delivery Method

Digital products are delivered via: (i) a download link sent directly to your registered email address, and/or (ii) access provided directly on your account on the website. No physical shipment will be made. There are no shipping fees associated with the purchase of digital products.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery of digital products is processed immediately upon payment confirmation. In the unlikely event of a delay, delivery will occur within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery timelines may be affected by technical issues on the customer’s end, including spam filters, full inboxes, or incorrect email addresses.

4. Failed Delivery

If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours of purchase, please: (i) check your spam or junk mail folder; (ii) verify that the email address provided at checkout is correct; and (iii) contact us at razanmindshift@gmail.com with your order number. We will resolve any genuine delivery issue promptly. Razan Mindshift is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect email addresses provided by the customer, email provider issues, or spam filter interception.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

As all products are digital and delivered electronically, no customs duties, import taxes, or shipping fees apply. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount payable, unless applicable local taxes are stated separately.
